e-GROUPS – CONDITIONS OF USE

Participation in e-Groups for XBRL members is subject to the following conditions of use.  By joining an e-Group, an individual or organisation warrants that they accept the following conditions:

Intellectual Property

All information submitted to or distributed via e-Groups is subject to XBRL International’s Intellectual Property Policy available at http://www.xbrl.org/legal/

General Standards of Use

Members must not contribute offensive, libellous or other material which is incompatible with XBRL International’s objectives.  XBRL International will use its best efforts to monitor content and remove such material as soon as possible.  It has the right to bar individuals who contribute such material from existing and future membership of groups.  The final decision on acceptable material and individual membership rests with the International Steering Committee.

Provision of e-Mail Addresses

The e-Groups system makes available the e-mail addresses of group members to other members of the group.  This occurs through the availability of membership lists and the inclusion of e-mail addresses on mails sent via mailing lists.  By joining a group, any individual accepts that his or her e-mail address will be available to other members of the group.
