Specifications - Requirements
Requirements are statements by the XBRL Community which will form the basis for the creation of specifications. They will generally be issued first as Public Working Drafts for discussion and refinement. After careful review and agreement by the Community on their content, they will gain Recommendation status.
These requirements are available on the same page as the Formula Specification itself.
