The 6th Forum of Accounting and Auditing Firms in the GCC Region

XBRL International CEO, Anthony Fragnito has accepted an invitation to speak on XBRL with participation of Dr. Obaid saif Alzaabi, Director of Research & Development, Securities and Commodities Authority of United Arab Emirates at the 6th Annual Form of Accounting and Auditing Firms in the GCC Region on Monday, 12/05/2011. 

This forum whose main theme is "The Role of International Organisations in the Development of the Accounting Profession"  is hosted by  the GCCAAO in cooperation with the Oman Chamber of Commerce.  The GCCAAO is  the official organization in the gulf region, given authority by the supreme Council resolution, to organize and develop the accounting profession in GCC. This forum comes on the occasion of GCCAAO 10th anniversary.
