Purpose and Scope
The Finance and HR Committee (FHR) provides oversight of XII’s
- Program and operating budgets
- Financial results
- Business policies
- Investments
- Risk management systems
- Business plans and
- Staff resourcing, policies and procedures
The FHR Committee reports to the XI Board of Directors.
FHR Committee provides review, guidance and advice to the CEO in the areas mentioned above. The committee will ensure that short, mid and long-term plans and goals are developed, amended and updated in these areas and they are communicated to the appropriate XII internal and external constituencies.
The Treasurer is the Chair of the FHR Committee and will have the authority to sign necessary certifications and representations required for compliance and audit needs.
