Louis Matherne resigns as President of XBRL International

J. Louis Matherne announced that he will be leaving XBRL International (XII) to assume a leadership position at ISACA/ITGI, which serves IT governance professionals, effective 10 April 2006. Mr. Matherne is the founding President of XII.
