Project Listing Database Task Force
The purpose of the Project Listing Database Task Force (PLDTF) is to facilitate the ongoing maintenance and enhancement of the project listing database through community interaction and automated capture methods. The Task Force is charged to maintain an XBRL-related projects database, evaluate the fields in the database, and work with the project leaders validating and updating existing projects and identifying and recording new initiatives. The database will be generated from the information provided by project leaders, members and others through automated submission system. The Project Listing Database Task Force will define the data structure that needs to be captured as well as the process to validate new projects and edits submitted from the community to the database.
Goals
- Evaluate the data points in the database and determine appropriate information to collect
- Produce an updated list of XBRL-related projects around the world
- Make the updated database available and searchable through the “Project Listing Database” section of the Knowledge Centre on the XII website
- Define the process around updating and maintaining the Project Listing Database
- Encourage project leaders to regularly update the listing for their projects
Deliverables
- Maintain an up-to-date list of XBRL-related projects from around the world
- Make the database available and searchable through the “Project Listing Database” section of the XII website
- Document a defined process around updating and maintaining the project listing database
- Report periodically to BPB on engagement with project leaders and the broader XBRL community in maintaining an accurate and complete project listing database
