International Inc. (XII) announced that Mike Willis, Partner,
PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP, has been re-elected as Chairman of the
International Steering Committee (ISC) for 2010.
During its October meeting in Brussels, Belgium, the
International Steering Committee also elected Conor O’Kelly, HP Ireland, as 1st
Vice Chair representing Jurisdictions, Ralf Frank, DVFA Germany as 2nd
Vice Chair representing At Large members and ratified Arleen Thomas, Senior VP
- AICPA, as Treasurer and Chris Rodgers, KPMG UK as Chairman of the Nominations
Committee.
We are equally pleased to announce the election of 7 At-Large
members to the ISC: Guillermo Corzo –Central Bank of Argentina, Makoto Koizumi –
Fujitsu Limited Japan, Karla McKenna – Citi USA, Usha Narayanan – SEBI India, Yossi
Newman – Deloitte USA, Ge Weiping
– China Securities Investor Protection Fund and Liv Watson, IMA.
