Improving Business Reporting in Finland

XBRL Finland held a successful conference entitled the Real-Time Economy (RTE): Innovations for Europe Conference. Nearly 150 participants from 12 countries and 68 organizations came together in Helsinki to discuss advances in financial reporting, public data collection and accounting. The purpose of the conference was to disseminate information on RTE innovations and to gather people together to discuss the next steps in this field. There was also a pre-conference training session on XBRL attended by over 40 software developers.
