The US Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) released a suite of new market data and analytical reports on 28 April, offering fresh insights into public company counts, exempt offerings, ABS and CMBS markets, money market funds, and security-based swap dealers.

Published by the Division of Economic and Risk Analysis (DERA), these reports aim to enhance transparency and support investor understanding across complex market areas. With billions in capital flows at stake, structured and accessible disclosures—underpinned by high-quality structured data—remain critical to informed decision-making.
