Time is Ticking
There is now officially less than one month to go until GDPR takes the world by storm. Making sure you are compliant with this regulation is vital and not just in Europe. Here at XBRL International we are preparing to ask our more than 10,000 readers of this newsletter whether they are happy to keep receiving our weekly email and a range of other communications from us. This compliance step is as important for us as a small not-for-profit standards development organisation as it is for a giant enterprise. Anyone that holds personal information about EU citizens is bound by this new data privacy regulation, whether or not they operate from within Europe.
