Global Regtech Challenge from HKMA

Recognising regtech’s role in revolutionising risk management and compliance, The HKMA (Hong Kong Monetary Authority) has launched its ‘Global Regtech Challenge.’ This competition is part of a two-year roadmap on ‘Transforming Risk Management and Compliance: Harnessing the Power of Regtech,’ aiming to promote regtech – regulatory technology – adoption in the Hong Kong Banking sector and help build a thriving regtech ecosystem. Providers from around the world are invited to showcase their solutions to common risk management and regulatory compliance pain points. Submissions are due by 16 April 2021.
