More Fintech/Regtech Accelerators
We are seeing a wave of extremely significant transformation within the financial services industry.
The Bank of England’s accelerator programme is highlighted in this week’s newsletter, but regulators right around the world are encouraging experimentation.
It can be seen that other parts of the world are undertaking similar initiatives for FinTech development. In Malaysia, the Supercharger FinTech accelerator programme has now started its 12-week programme, unveiling 10 international and local start-ups as the finalists for this platform.
The Supercharger programme is the result of a partnership between the Standard Chartered Bank, Allianz Malaysia, and the national ICT agency Malaysia Digital Economy Corporation (MDEC).
