Open Data Standards in Financial Markets
Regulators and many other readers interested in the role of open standards in the financial sphere might like to join an upcoming event being hosted in the Bloomberg offices in central London on the afternoon of 21 February.
There will be a keynote address from Baroness Kay Swinburne, a member of the UK’s House of Lords and a former member of the European Parliament and former Vice Chair of the EU Economics and Monetary Policy Committee.
Following her speech, XBRL International CEO John Turner will be speaking, together with leaders from a number of other standards, including FIX and ISSA as well as Bloomberg’s symbology team on a panel examining the use of standards in financial regulation.
