Member Assembly
The Member Assembly (XIIMA) is the oversight body for the Board of Directors and represents the interests of the XII Members.
The XIIMA is comprised of representatives from Jurisdiction and Organisational Direct Members.
The Member Assembly votes with respect to (a) the slate of nominees for Board of Director positions (b) ratification of the annual budget (c) the annual audit report (d) amendments to the Organisation Bylaws as provided in Article XIII (e) amendments to the Articles of Incorporation (f) the procedural rules for nominations and elections (g) election of the members and Chair of the Nominations Committee (h) election of the members and Chair of the Finance Committee (i) election of the members and Chair of the Membership Development Committee and (j) any other matters required by law or these Bylaws.
