Duplicates are the same fact reported twice – duplicates may have the same value or a different value (which may indicate an error). This Working Group note provides information on how and when duplicates can occur and guidance on how to tackle them in different kinds of projects. As part of this effort the Working Group has also updated the Inline XBRL 1.1 Primer. Read the Working Group Note.
