Want to get involved with TAGTF? Now’s the time

Posted on June 12, 2020 by Editor

The Taxonomy Architecture Guidance Task Force (TAGTF) are a group of taxonomy experts who work to produce reliable and high-quality XBRL International guidance to save taxonomy authors time and ensure consistency with other taxonomies. If you would like to help define international best practice in XBRL taxonomies and be recognised for your expertise, then the TAGTF is a great way to get involved.

Next Wednesday (17 June) the TAGTF is holding an open meeting ideal for newcomers. The session is the perfect opportunity for observers to find out about the TAGTF and see the group in action in a special meeting to review their taxonomy architecture guidance backlog. They will be making sure each topic is well defined and describing relevant requirements. They will also be seeking new topics to add to the backlog.

The TAGTF meeting will be held at 11:30 AM GMT on Wednesday 17 June. Contact TAGTF for details on how to join the meeting.
