SEC to review and modernise climate disclosure

On 24 February, SEC Acting Chair Allison Herren Lee released a ‘Statement on the Review of Climate-Related Disclosure’ in which she directed the Division of Corporation Finance to “enhance its focus on climate-related disclosure in public company filings.”
